Most recruiting firms offer a binary guarantee: if a hire leaves within 90 days, you get a full replacement or a full refund. We do it differently and more fairly. If your hire leaves (or is terminated for cause) within 100 days, we credit back 1% of the placement fee for every day remaining in the 100-day window. Day 50 departure: 50% credited back. Day 80 departure: 20% credited back. Day 99 departure: 1% credited back. You pay for days worked. We credit back the rest.
